椎体成形术后留置硬膜外管预防治疗术后近期残余疼痛的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨椎体成形术后预防性留置硬膜外管,观察对患者术后近期残余疼痛的影响。方法:选取2019年7月~2021年5月医院收治100例接受经皮椎体成形术患者作为观察对象,采取随机数字表格法分组,对照组50例患者术后常规拔出穿刺针,通过注射或口服药物进行镇痛,观察组留置硬膜外管,经导管注射药物镇痛;观察两组患者术后疼痛情况,并记录患者术后并发症、住院时间、医疗费用及患者腰椎功能。结果:术后观察组视觉疼痛模拟评分、疼痛缓解、医疗费用、住院时间、ODI指数等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:留置硬膜外管在椎体成形术后近期残余疼痛的预防治疗中,能够有效减轻患者痛苦,促进患者术后疼痛的缓解,缩短残余疼痛缓解时间,同时缩短患者住院时间,减轻患者医疗负担,并对患者腰椎功能恢复具有一定帮助。Objective:To explore the preventive indwelling of epidural tubes after vertebroplasty and observe the impact on residual pain in patients in the near future.Methods:In this study,100 patients who received percutaneous vertebroplasty in the hospital from July 2019 to May 2021 were selected for observation.Randomized number tabula recta method was used to group them.In the control group,50 patients were routinely pulled out of the puncture needle after surgery,and analgesia was performed by injection or oral medication.In the observation group,epidural tubes were retained,and drugs were injected through catheters for analgesia;Observe the postoperative pain situation of two groups of patients,and record the postoperative complications,hospital stay,medical expenses,and lumbar function of the patients.Results:The postoperative VAS score,pain relief,medical expenses,wish time,and ODI index of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the prevention and treatment of residual pain after vertebroplasty,indwelling an epidural catheter can effectively alleviate patient pain,promote postoperative pain relief,shorten residual pain relief time,shorten patient hospitalization time,reduce medical burden,and have certain help for the recovery of lumbar spine function.
