品管圈对降低复用器械返洗率的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察品管圈降低复用器械返洗率的效果。方法:将2022年4月25日~2022年5月15日于消毒供应中心清洗复用器械6370包纳为管理前,将2022年7月27日~2022年8月12日消毒供应中心清洗复用器械6370包纳为管理后,运用品管圈管理模式。比较品管圈管理前后的圈员自我评定能力评分,统计复用器械返洗率。结果:品管圈管理后圈员在责任心、自信心、积极性、个人素质修养、沟通协调能力、团队合作能力、解决问题能力、品管手法、掌握程度评分高于品管圈管理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后复用器械返洗率为1.11%低于管理前3.38%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在复用器械的消毒清洗中,运用品管圈管理方式,可显著提升圈员的相关能力,显著降低复用器械返洗率,效果理想。Objective:To observe the effect of quality control circle on reducing the backwash rate of reused instruments.Methods:From April 25,2022 to May 15,2022,the cleaning and reuse of 6370 instruments at the disinfection supply center was included as the pre management period.After applying the quality control circle management mode,the cleaning and reuse of 6370 instruments at the disinfection supply center from July 27,2022 to August 12,2022 was included as the post management period.Compare the self-assessment ability scores of circle members before and after the activity,and calculate the rate of reusable equipment backwashing.Results:After the activity,circle members scored higher than before in terms of sense of responsibility,self-confidence,enthusiasm,personal quality cultivation,communication and coordination ability,team cooperation ability,problem-solving ability,quality control techniques,and mastery level,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The backwash rate of reused instruments after management was 1.11%,which was lower than 3.38%before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the disinfection and cleaning of reused instruments,the use of quality control circle management can significantly improve the relevant abilities of circle members,significantly reduce the backwash rate of reused instruments,and achieve ideal results.
