摘　　要：先进的科研组织方式能够有效提升农业科研院所的科技创新能力。文章以北京市农林科学院为例,总结了创新科研组织方式的举措及取得的成效,分析了存在的问题,从完善评价机制、优化资源配置、推进京津冀联盟建设、深化国际交流合作等方面提出了完善科研组织方式的建议,以期进一步增强农业科研院所的科技竞争实力。Advanced scientific research organization can effectively improve the science and technology innovation capabilities of agricultural research institutes.Taking Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences as an example,this paper summarizes the measures and achievements of innovative scientific research organization methods,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward suggestions to improve the scientific research organization from the aspects of perfecting the assessment mechanism,optimizing the resource allocation,promoting the construction of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei alliance,and deepening the international exchanges and cooperation,so as to further enhance the science and technology competitiveness of the agricultural research institutes.
