新时期农业科研院所南繁基地建设的思考——以江苏省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：南繁育种基地被誉为中国种业宝贵的“绿色种质资源基因库”,是推动种业创新的重要平台,在保障国家粮食安全和农业科技创新发展等方面发挥着巨大的作用。在新时代背景下,种业科技创新对南繁育种基地建设提出新要求。文章以江苏省农业科学院为例,阐述了该院南繁基地的发展历程和现状,分析了南繁育种基地建设中存在的问题,从建立长期稳定的南繁育种基地、加大田间基础设施建设投入力度、积极争取政策支持、健全服务保障体系等方面提出了促进南繁基地发展的对策与建议,旨在为农业科研院所加强南繁基地建设工作提供参考。As an invaluable"green germplasm gene pool"in China's seed industry,Nanfan Breeding Base serves as an important research platform for promoting the innovation of seed industry in China,and has played a tremendous role in ensuring national food security and development of agricultural science and technology innovation.In the context of the new era,science and technology innovation in the seed industry has put forward new requirements for the construction of the Nanfan Breeding Base.In this study,taking Nanfan Breeding Base of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences(JAAS)as an example,we traced the development,elaborated on the status quo of Nanfan Breeding Base,and analyzed the main problems and deficiencies in the construction and management of the base.Countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of Nanfan bases were put forward in terms of establishing long-term and stable southern propagation breeding bases,increasing investment in field infrastructure construction,actively striving for policy support,and perfecting the service guarantee system,aiming to provide a reference for the work of strengthening the construction of Nanfan bases by agricultural research institutes.
