摘  要:为研究纤维增强再生混凝土的抗压性能,以纤维类型(钢纤维、碳纤维、聚丙烯纤维和聚乙烯醇纤维)和再生粗骨料取代率为变化参数,对75个标准立方体试件进行单轴受压试验。研究结果表明:钢纤维的掺入可有效提高再生混凝土抗压强度和耗能能力;掺入体积掺量为0.1%的聚丙烯纤维可改善再生混凝土的耗能能力;聚乙烯醇纤维体积掺量为0.1%时,再生混凝土的抗压强度改善效果最优;碳纤维为0.3%时,再生混凝土的抗压强度及耗能能力均得到提高;随着再生粗骨料取代率的增加,纤维增强再生混凝土的抗压强度和耗能能力呈减小趋势,当取代率为50%、70%时,掺入聚丙烯纤维的再生混凝土的抗压强度相较于取代率为0的聚丙烯纤维混凝土损失较大,分别降低了31.50%和18.60%。基于试验数据,建立了纤维增强再生混凝土单轴受压本构模型,且本构模型与试验曲线吻合程度良好。To study the compressive properties of fiber reinforced recycled concrete,uniaxial compression tests are carried out on 75 standard cube specimens with fiber types(steel fiber,carbon fiber,polypropylene fiber and polyvinyl alcohol fiber)and regenerated coarse aggregate replacement rate as parameters.Test results show that the incorporation of steel fibers can effectively increase the compressive strength and energy dissipation capacity of recycled aggregate concrete.The incorporation of polypropylene fiber with a volume content of 0.1%can improve the energy dissipation capacity of recycled concrete.When the volume content of polyvinyl alcohol fiber is 0.1%,the improvement effect of compressive strength of recycled concrete is the best.When the volume content of carbon fiber is 0.3%,the compressive strength and energy dissipation capacity of recycled concrete are improved.The compressive strength and energy dissipation capacity of fiber reinforced recycled aggregate concrete show a decreasing trend as the replacement ratio increases.When the replacement ratio is 50%and 70%,the loss of compressive strength of the recycled concrete mixed with polypropylene fiber is larger compared with the polypropylene fiber concrete with a replacement ratio of 0,which is reduced by 31.50%and 18.60%respectively.Based on the experimental data,the stress-strain model for fiber reinforced recycled aggregate concrete is developed,and the intrinsic models are in close agreement with the test curves.
