摘 要:为了提高玉米粗粉碎的生产效率,采用实验设计(DOE),对锤片粉碎机粉碎玉米进行研究,针对锤片粉碎机的风量、线速度、锤片厚度、锤筛间隙四个主要影响因子设计两水平正交实验,探究多因子对粉碎玉米的生产效率以及粒度分布的影响,应用Minitab软件对实验数据结果进行分析,并给出优化的粉碎阐述作为生产指导依据。实验结果表明,优化后的粉碎机粉碎效率提高了19%,相应地工厂效益得到提升,DOE应用于饲料生产领域的可行性与可靠性得到了验证。In order to improve the production efficiency of corn rough grinding,the design of experiment(DOE)was adopted to study the grinding of corn by hammer mill.Two horizontal orthogonal experiments were designed to explore the influence of multiple factors on the production efficiency and particle size distribution of crushed corn,aiming at the four main influencing factors of hammer mill,namely,air volume,linear velocity,hammer thickness and hammer screen clearance.The experimental data results were analyzed by Minitab,the optimal processing parameters was given to increase grinding efficiency.Production data showed that the grinding capacity was increased by 19%,and the plant efficiency was improved correspondingly.This study verified the feasibility and reliability of DOE application in the field of feed production.
