摘 要:目的 评价碳酸钙加维生素AD治疗小儿佝偻病的临床效果。方法 60例小儿佝偻病患儿,随机分为研究组与常规组,各30例。常规组应用碳酸钙治疗,研究组应用碳酸钙加维生素AD治疗。比较两组治疗前后骨密度、生化指标,治疗效果,不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,研究组桡骨、尺骨骨密度均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组骨碱性磷酸酶、血钙水平显著优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率96.67%高于常规组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.0167, P=0.0027<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.0169,P=0.3132>0.05)。结论 采取碳酸钙加维生素AD治疗小儿佝偻病的效果明显优于单一碳酸钙治疗,可有效改善患儿骨密度以及相关生化指标。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of calcium carbonate combined with vitamin AD in the treatment of rickets in children.Methods A total of 60 children with rickets were randomly divided into study group and conventional group,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with calcium carbonate,and the study group with calcium carbonate and vitamin AD.The bone mineral density and biochemical indexes before and after treatment,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the bone mineral density of the radius and ulna in the study group was higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of bone alkaline phosphatase and blood calcium in the study group were significantly better than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of 66.67%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.0167,P=0.0027<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=1.0169,P=0.3132>0.05).Conclusion The effect of calcium carbonate combined with vitamin AD in the treatment of rickets in children is obviously better than that of calcium carbonate alone,and can effectively improve the bone mineral density and related biochemical indexes of children.
