中西医结合治疗急性单纯性细菌性下尿路感染的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探究中西医结合治疗单纯性细菌性急性下尿路感染(ALUTI)临床效果。方法 162例单纯性细菌性ALUTI患者,以治疗手段不同分为A组、B组、C组,每组54例。A组给予三金片治疗,B组给予左氧氟沙星片治疗, C组给予三金片联合左氧氟沙星片治疗。对比三组疗效、病原学疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 C组总有效率为90.7%,高于A组的77.8%、B组的77.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组与B组总有效率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组病原学有效率为63.0%, B组为29.6%, C组为79.6%, A组、C组病原学有效率高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组、C组病原学有效率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 单纯性细菌性ALUTI治疗时选择三金片治疗可获得较高的疗效,且不良反应较少,将其与左氧氟沙星结合,可使治疗效果显著提升。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on simple bacterial acute lower urinary tract infection(ALUTI).Methods A total of 162 patients with simple bacterial ALUTI were divided into group A,group B and group C by different treatment methods,with 54 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Sanjin tablet,group B was treated with levofloxacin tablet,and group C was treated with Sanjin tablet and levofloxacin tablet.The efficacy,etiological efficacy and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of group C was 90.7%,which was higher than that of 77.8%in group A and 77.8%in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in total effective rate between group A and group B(P>0.05).The etiological effective rate was 63.0%in group A,29.6%in group B,and 79.6%in group C.The etiological effective rate of group A and group C was higher than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in etiological effective rate between group A and group C(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of simple bacterial ALUTI,Sanjin tablet can obtain higher efficacy with less adverse reactions,and combining it with levofloxacin can significantly improve the therapeutic effect.
