摘  要:以江苏太湖稻区的206份水稻育种高代稳定材料为研究对象,基于PARMS技术开发并应用了针对抗稻瘟病基因(Pi2、Pib、Pita、Pik)的分子标记,通过对水稻材料的基因型进行鉴定,分析了稻瘟病抗性基因在太湖稻区的分布情况,并进一步探讨了抗性基因与田间诱发穗颈瘟抗病性表现的关系。结果表明,抗性基因Pib、Pita和Pik在供试材料中分布广泛,检出率分别为98.06%、85.44%和40.29%,而Pi2基因的检出率则较低,仅为26.70%。在抗性基因组合中,以“Pib+Pita”组合材料最多,占比84.47%;3个基因组合中以“Pib+Pita+Pik”的材料最多,占比34.47%。由田间抗病性鉴定结果可知,多基因聚合对稻瘟病的抵抗力明显增强,同时存在2个基因“Pib+Pita”的中抗级别以上材料48份,存在3个基因“Pi2+Pita+Pik”的中抗级别以上材料47份。相关性分析表明,Pib和Pik基因与穗颈瘟的抗性呈(极)显著正相关,而Pi2和Pita基因的相关性不显著。本研究结果对于制定江苏太湖地区更有效的稻瘟病防治策略,以及进一步研究抗病品种选育具有重要的理论意义和较大的应用价值。A total of 206 high-generation stable materials for rice breeding in Taihu Lake rice area of Jiangsu were taken as the research objects.Based on PARMS technology,molecular markers were developed and applied in the rice blast resistance genes(Pi2,Pib,Pita and Pik).By identifying the genotypes of the rice materials,we analyzed the distribution of rice blast resistance genes in the Taihu Lake rice area and further explored the relationship between resistance genes and field induced panicle neck blast resistance.The results showed that resistance genes Pib,Pita,and Pik were widely distributed in the tested materials,with detection rates of 98.06%,85.44%and 40.29%,respectively,while the detection rate of the Pi2 gene was relatively low,only 26.70%.Among the combinations of resistance genes,the“Pib+Pita”combination was the highest,accounting for 84.47%.For the combinations of three genes,the“Pib+Pita+Pik”samples were the most,accounting for 34.47%.Field disease resistance identification revealed a significant enhancement in rice blast resistance due to the aggregation of multiple genes.The number of moderately resistant materials containing the two genes“Pib+Pita”reached 48,and that containing the three genes“Pi2+Pib+Pita”was 47.The correlation analysis showed that the Pib and Pik were significantly positively correlated with panicle neck blast resistance,while the Pi2 and Pita were not significantly correlated with panicle neck blast resistance.This research holds significant theoretical importance and practical value for formulating more effective rice blast control strategies in the Taihu Lake area of Jiangsu and for further studies on disease-resistant variety selection.
