军士教育教管联动机制的探索与实践

摘　　要：在院校的管理工作中,教学管理和学员管理是十分关键的两个方面,二者各司其职又密不可分,教学管理和学员管理联动有利于提高教学质量,培育学员思想品质,进而实现人才培养目标。结合改革重塑后军队院校的实际情况,深入剖析军士教育和军士学员的特征特点,总结以往行之有效的经验办法,并提出了一些有针对性的策略,在实践基础上探索如何发挥多维合力构建军士教育教学管理与学员管理联动机制,希望可以给相关管理工作的开展提供一些参考。Teaching management and student management are two crucial aspects of university administration.Teaching management and student management each performs its own functions while works closely.It’s advantageous to establish a linkage system of teaching and student management for the shared target——improving teaching quality,developing good morality and achieving talents training objects.Based on actual state of Non-commissioned Officer education after the military academies reform,this research analyses characteristics of Non-commissioned Officer education and students,summarizes some useful experience and proposes several targeted strategies to explore the establishment of teaching and student management linkage system with the help of all-round efforts.Hopefully this research will provide some ideas to related studies and work.
