摘　　要：为了提升大学生科研素养和科研能力,将OBE理念与PDCA循环融合应用于交通工程专业大学生科研训练中。在OBE“结果导向”理念下,确定以提升科研能力、掌握科研方法、端正科研态度为核心的直接计划任务,以及提交报告和作品的间接计划任务;围绕“学生中心”理念,在计划任务实施过程中设置选题和方案制订子循环,保证实施质量;通过过程性和终结性检查与处理,实现大学生科研训练质量的“持续改进”。以已结题项目为例,给出了应用过程。In order to improve the research literacy and ability of undergraduate students,OBE concept and PDCA cycle are applied to the research training of undergraduate students majoring in traffic engineering.Under the“outcome-based”concept of OBE,the direct planning task focuses on improving students’research ability,and making them master research methods and take correct research attitudes.Meanwhile,the indirect planning task is to submit research reports and works.Based on the“student-centered”concept of OBE,PDCA sub-cycles of research theme selection and solution scheme formulation are set to ensure the implementation quality.Through procedural and final checks and actions,the“continuous improvement”of the research training quality for undergraduate students can be realized.
