摘　　要：课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措。在新时代背景下,开展课程思政建设是培养优秀工商管理专业人才的必然选择。基于对海南大学工商管理专业教师的调研分析,针对课程思政授课技巧缺乏、课程思政元素难以挖掘、无法合理安排思政内容、缺乏课程思政配套教材等障碍,从做好课程思政顶层设计、加强课程思政培训、重视示范项目遴选、提高教师思政素质与能力、加大配套教材与资源库建设、加强课程思政体系建设等方面提出相关建议。The Curriculum ideology and politics construction is a strategic measure to carry out the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents.Under the background of the new era,the curriculum ideology and politics construction is the inevitable choice to cultivate outstanding talents of business administration.Based on the investigation and analysis of teachers of business administration in Hainan University,aiming at the obstacles such as lack of teaching skills of curriculum ideology and politics,difficulties in mining ideological and political elements of courses,inability to reasonably arrange ideological and political contents,and lack of supporting textbooks for curriculum ideology and politics,Suggestions are put forward from the aspects of doing a good job in the top-level design of curriculum ideology and politics strengthening the ideological and political training of courses,attaching importance to the selection of demonstration projects,improving the ideological and political quality and ability of teachers,increasing the construction of supporting textbooks and resources,and strengthening the construction of the curriculum ideology and politics system of courses.
