摘 要:针对当前变电站电力箱凝露控制器的控制策略过于单一,设置门槛值启动加热属于事后型,没有预测功能,效果不理想。介绍了凝露控制系统的原理与构成,利用数据采集器采集变电站电力箱内外温湿度等状态,依据天气预报、历史数据、相邻设备情况等大数据分析提前启动加热器防凝露,同时阐述了凝露控制系统的辅助功能,电力箱状态可通过GPRS网络上传手机或远程电脑,实现对电力箱的远程集中监控。The control strategy of the condensation controller of the current substation power box is too single,and setting the threshold value to start heating is an afterthought,without prediction function,and the effect is not ideal.The principle and composition of the condensation control system are introduced,the data collector is used to collect the temperature and humidity inside and outside the substation power box,and the heater anti-condensation is started in advance according to big data analysis such as weather forecast,historical data,and adjacent equipment,and the auxiliary functions of the condensation control system are expounded,and the status of the power box can be uploaded to the mobile phone or remote computer through the GPRS network to realize the remote centralized monitoring of the power box.
