大学生法律意识培养与法律教学改革的研究

摘　　要：作为大学生必备的能力和素养,法律意识是大学生保护自身合法权益不受侵害的重要基础。在依法治校目标,以及法律教育创新的新要求下,传统法律教育模式表现出较强的不适应性,不利于学生法律意识的培养。基于此,具体分析了大学生法律意识现状,针对大学生法律意识存在的主要问题,探索了其成因,并从法律教学改革创新角度提出了具体的实践策略,为高校法律教学工作的开展提供参考。As a necessary ability and literacy of college students,legal awareness is an important foundation for college students to protect their legitimate rights and interests from infringement.Under the goal of governing schools according to law and the new requirements of legal education innovation,the traditional legal education model shows strong inadaptability,which is not conducive to the cultivation of students’legal awareness.Based on this,the current situation of college students’legal awareness is analyzed in detail,the main problems of college students’legal awareness are explored,and specific practical strategies are proposed from the perspective of law teaching reform and innovation,so as to provide reference for the development of law teaching in colleges and universities.
