摘　　要：本文在查阅国内外相关领域文献、借鉴国内外投标报价优秀的理论与实践成果的基础上,站在承包商的角度,提出投标报价测算的不同方法,并以海外某水工项目为例进行分析。旨在通过本文的探讨,对提高国际工程投标报价编制的准确性和合理性,起到一定的参考意义。On the basis of consulting domestic and foreign literature in related fields,drawing lessons from domestic and foreign research theories and outstanding practical results of project tender estimating,this paper puts forward the different tender estimation methods from the perspective of the contractor,and analyzes a marine project overseas as an example.The purpose of this paper is to improve the accuracy and rationality of international projects cost estimating through the discussion in this paper.
