摘 要:市面上蓄热砖结构大多为标准砖(长方体),砖体之间没有互锁,砌筑施工中存在误差大、平整度难以控制等问题,由该种蓄热砖砌筑而成的蓄热体结构稳定性差,受热胀冷缩影响大,容易发生倾斜、倒塌问题[1]。采用新研发的异形蓄热砖按照一定的排列顺序进行蓄热体的砌筑施工,可达到已铺蓄热砖的位置稳定,后续砌筑的蓄热砖位置准确且预留缝隙和平整度一致。该施工方法利用异形蓄热砖之间的互锁来增加蓄热体稳定性,定位结构也可以替代拉线的作用,缩短施工周期,提高安装效率。As most of the thermal storage brick structures in the market are standard bricks(cuboid),there is no interlock between the brick bodies,and there are problems such as large errors and difficult control of flatness in masonry construction,the thermal storage brick structure made of this kind of heat storage brick has poor stability,is greatly affected by thermal expansion and cold contraction,and is prone to tilt and collapse.The newly developed special-shaped heat storage brick is used to build the heat storage body according to a certain arrangement sequence.The construction method uses the interlock between special-shaped heat storage bricks to increase the stability of the heat storage body.The positioning structure can also replace the role of cable,shorten the construction period and improve the installation efficiency.
