激进钻井技术在长庆致密油气藏开发中的应用

摘  要:为了提高致密油气钻井速度,优选配套适合不同井型、不同井眼、不同层段提速提效的螺杆钻具及PDC钻头选型系列,基于最大井底漫流速度提高机械钻速的理论认识、钻压/转速对机械钻速敏感性分析,开展大排量、大钻压、高转速激进钻井现场试验,建立了不同井型、不同井段的激进钻井参数模板,实现了同一区域规模化提速。研究试验表明:在地层稳定性较好的苏里格区域刘家沟以上推行“PDC+螺杆”大排量(环空返速1.8m/s以上)钻进,大幅度了提高了机械钻速。根据地层可钻性分级匹配高转速大功率螺杆、低转速大扭矩螺杆等不同特性螺杆钻具,可实现不同地层机械钻速最大化。实际施工过程,应结合配套工具开展不同地层的钻井参数敏感性对比试验,优选出达到最高机械钻速的参数组合。In order to improve the drilling speed of tight oil and gas,the selection series of screw drilling tools and PDC bits suitable for different well types,different boreholes,and different intervals for speed and efficiency improvement were selected.Based on the theoretical understanding of increasing mechanical drilling speed with maximum bottom hole overflow velocity and the sensitivity analysis of drilling pressure/speed to mechanical drilling speed,on-site experiments were conducted on large displacement,large drilling pressure,and high speed aggressive drilling,and different well types were established.The aggressive drilling parameter templates for different well sections have achieved large-scale acceleration in the same area.Research experiments have shown that the implementation of"PDC+screw"high displacement drilling(annular return velocity above 1.8m/s)above Liujiagou in the Surige area with good geological stability has significantly improved the mechanical drilling speed.By matching different characteristics of screw drilling tools such as high speed,high-power screws,and low speed,high torque screws based on the drillability grading of the formation,the maximum mechanical drilling speed of different formations can be achieved.During the actual construction process,a sensitivity comparison test of drilling parameters for different formations should be conducted in conjunction with supporting tools,and the parameter combination that achieves the highest mechanical drilling speed should be selected.
