摘  要:电位计通常以开关旋钮的形式,被广泛地应用到车载控制面板当中。其作用在于,与数模转换器(ADC)配合使用,并使处理器输出可变频率脉冲信号,从而驱动步进或伺服电机转动。为了解决输出脉冲信号频率不随ADC值线性变化的问题,以STM32F103芯片为例,首先分析了定时器预装载值的线性填充对灵敏度的影响,其次给出了一种新的频率线性输出控制方法,最后分析了分频系数对分辨率的影响。仿真结果表明,线性填充定时器预装载值无法控制芯片产生频率线性变化的脉冲信号输出,其次减小定时器分频系数可提高直线度和分辨率。Potentiometers are commonly used in the form of switch knobs in vehicle control panels.Its function is to work in conjunction with a digital to analog converter(ADC)and cause the processor to output variable frequency pulse signals,thereby driving stepper or servo motors to rotate.In order to solve the problem that the frequency of the output pulse signal does not linearly change with the ADC value,taking the STM32F103 chip as an example,the influence of linear filling of the timer preload value on sensitivity was first analyzed.Secondly,a new frequency linear output control method was proposed,and finally,the influence of frequency division coefficient on resolution was analyzed.The simulation results show that the preload value of the linear fill timer cannot control the pulse signal output of the chip with linear frequency changes.Secondly,reducing the timer frequency division coefficient can improve linearity and resolution.
