摘　　要：本研究通过构建基于PPP模式的风险管理演化博弈模型,旨在研究有效的风险管理策略,实现可持续发展;研究结果揭示不同参数初始值对投资方和政府部门的策略演化路径的影响,合理调整参数有助于推动公私两方积极合作,为PPP项目的风险管理提供新的理论支撑和实践指导。This study aims to study effective risk management strategies and achieve sustainable development by constructing an evolutionary game model for risk management based on the PPP model.The research results reveal the impact of different initial values of parameters on the strategic evolution path of investors and government departments.Reasonable adjustment of parameters helps to promote active cooperation between the public and private parties,providing new theoretical support and practical guidance for risk management of PPP projects.
