摘 要:中国城市群数字经济与城市韧性“不平衡”“不充分”问题仍然较为突出,城市群数字经济与城市韧性两者之间的关系陷入协调发展水平较低的“泥淖”困境。通过测算2011—2020年中国十九大城市群数字经济与城市韧性耦合协调度,运用莫兰指数、热点分析、地理探测器等方法分析其时空演化特征,并探究影响耦合协调度的驱动力因素。结果表明:①各城市群TD系统耦合协调度较低,数字经济滞后的城市群数量相对较多,城市群数字经济发展滞后较为普遍。②各城市群TD系统耦合协调度存在显著空间异质性,表现为东高西低、南高北低的空间分布格局,但区域差距逐年缩小。影响城市群TD系统耦合协调度的主要因素按影响程度由高到低依次为:数字驱动力、创新驱动力、政策调控力、经济支撑力、资源调动力。③各城市群TD系统耦合协调度存在显著的正空间相关关系,形成了以热点区为核心向外围辐射的特征,各城市群之间存在空间近邻效应。据此,围绕推进数字经济发展、城市群内外协调发展等方面提出促进城市群数字经济与城市韧性耦合协调发展的政策建议。The issue of“imbalance”and“inadequacy”between the digital economy and urban resilience in Chinese urban agglomerations is still prominent,and the relationship between the digital economy and urban resilience in urban agglomerations is trapped in a“quagmire”with a relatively low level of coordinated development.Based on the data of the nineteen urban agglomerations in China from 2011 to 2020,this paper calculated the coupling coordination degree of the digital economy and urban resilience of urban agglomeration.Then this paper studied the space-time evolution characteristics and the driving force factors of coupling coordination degree with the help of Moran′s I index,hot spot analysis,geographic detector,and other methods.The results showed that:①The coupling and coordination degree of TD systems in various urban agglomerations was relatively low,and the number of urban agglomerations with lagging digital economy was relatively large.The lag in the development of digital economy in urban agglomerations was relatively common.②There was significant spatial heterogeneity in the coupling and coordination degree of TD systems in various urban agglomerations,manifested as a spatial distribution pattern of high in the east and low in the west,and high in the south and low in the north,but the regional gap was narrowing year by year.The main factors that affected the coupling and coordination of the TD system in urban agglomerations were digital driving force,innovation driving force,policy regulation force,economic support force,and resource adjustment force,in descending order of degree of influence.③There was a significant positive spatial correlation between the coupling coordination degree of TD systems in various urban agglomerations,forming a feature of radiating from hot spots to the periphery,and there was a spatial proximity effect between urban agglomerations.Based on the above,this paper proposed policy recommendations to promote the coupling and coordinated development between the digital
