摘 要:针对舰艇区域保障系统结构复杂、要素耦合、关系多元,保障流程中耦合任务多、返工概率大,保障风险评估可信度不高等问题,首先,根据区域保障流程的多分辨率特性和任务的信息联系特征,提出了多分辨率设计结构矩阵建模和风险评估方法;然后,分析了区域保障流程及任务关系,建立了低、高两种分辨率设计结构矩阵,并进行优化和仿真计算;最后,基于任务用时和任务成本测度指标进行了风险评估,比较了不同分辨率模型的优缺点。Aiming at complicated structure,interconnection element and multiple relations in naval ship regional support system,simultaneously coupling tasks and high probability of rework,and low-confidence regional support risk assessment,according to the multi-resolution characteristics of regional support process and the information connection characteristics of tasks,a multi-resolution design structure matrix modeling and risk assessment method was proposed.Based on the analysis of regional support process and task relationship,the design structure matrix of low and high resolutions was established,and the optimization and simulation were carried out.The risk assessment was carried out based on the task time and task cost measurement index.The advantages and disadvantages of modeling with different resolution were also compared.
