摘 要:旨在探讨日粮添加谷氨酰胺、苏氨酸、丙谷二肽对断奶仔兔生长性能、器官发育及血清抗氧化指标的影响。选择健康、体重相近的仔兔60窝,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复3窝,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组),基础日粮+0.3%谷氨酰胺+0.3%苏氨酸(试验I组),基础日粮+0.6%谷氨酰胺+0.3%苏氨酸(试验Ⅱ组),基础日粮+0.06%丙谷二肽+0.3%苏氨酸(试验Ⅲ组)。试验组、对照组分别在28和35日龄时断奶,试验期21 d,记录个体重、死亡率,试验末屠宰采集血样检测抗氧化指标,记录器官重。结果表明:1)各试验组与对照组仔兔个体重无显著差异(P>0.05),试验组死亡率高于对照组。综合分析,试验Ⅱ组生长性能与对照组相近,35和49日龄个体重高于对照组,平均日增重(ADG)与对照组基本一致,仅死亡率高于对照组。2)试验Ⅲ组肝脏重量显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05),心脏、脾脏、肾脏和胃的重量各组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)各组之间血清常规指标及相关酶活力无显著差异(P>0.05),日粮添加谷氨酰胺、苏氨酸、丙谷二肽后,仔兔28日龄断奶并未影响仔兔机体代谢,更未影响仔兔的健康。4)各组血清抗氧化指标无显著差异(P>0.05),但试验组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力均有提高,其中试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组提高了9.58%、7.62%,丙二醛(MDA)含量分别下降19.3%、16.0%。综上,在本试验条件下,28日龄断奶仔兔饲喂添加谷氨酰胺、苏氨酸或丙谷二肽日粮后的生长性能、器官发育、血清生化指标与对照组35日龄断奶仔兔相互之间无显著差异,3个试验组中,添加0.6%谷氨酰胺和0.3%苏氨酸的试验Ⅱ组比其他2个试验组效果要好,且提高了仔兔的抗氧化能力,促进仔兔机体健康。The aim of the trial was to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of glutamine,threonine and alanyl-glutamine on growth performance,organ development and serum antioxidant indexes in weanling rabbits.Sixty litters healthy rabbits of similar body weight were chosen and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 5 replicates in each group and 3 litters in each replicate.The young rabbits were fed with the basal diet(control),basal diet+0.3%glutamine+0.3%threonine(treatment groupⅠ),basal diet+0.6%glutamine+0.3%threonine(treatment groupⅡ)and basal diet+0.06%alanyl-glutamine+0.3%threonine(treatment groupⅢ),respectively.The treat-ment and control groups were weaned at 28-and 35-day-old,respectively.The trial lasted for 21 days.Then,the individual weight,mortali-ty and organ weights of the young rabbits were recorded,and their blood samples were collected at the end of the trial to calculate their an-tioxidant indexes.The results showed as follows:1)There was no significant difference in individual weight between the treatment and control groups(P>0.05).The mortality rate in the control group was lower than that in the treatment groups.However,in comprehensive analysis,the growth performance in treatment groupⅡwas similar to that in the control group,with high individual weights at 35 and 49 days of age,respectively.The average daily gain(ADG)was the same as that in the control group,and only mortality rate was higher.2)The liver weight in treatment groupⅢwas significantly higher than that in treatment groupⅡ(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in heart,spleen,kidney and stomach weights between the two groups(P>0.05).3)There was no significant difference in serum routine inde-xes and related enzymes activity among all the groups(P>0.05).The weaned rabbits at 28 days of age were not affected on their body me-tabolism after supplementation of glutamine,threonine and alanyl-glutamine,and their health was not affected,either.4)There was no sig-nificant difference in serum antioxidant indexe
