摘 要:为了解鸭甲型肝炎病毒3型(DHAV-3)对商品肉鸭的致病性,利用DHAV-3型强毒株SD20株滴口接种10日龄雏鸭,对攻毒后死亡雏鸭的组织病变进行了观察,并对攻毒后24和48 h雏鸭的血清生化指标进行了测定。结果显示:DHAV-3对雏鸭的致死率达85%,对肝脏等组织造成广泛的病理损伤,同时严重影响感染肉鸭的血清生化指标。攻毒后24 h,鸭血清中直接胆红素显著性降低(P<0.05),γ-谷氨酰转移酶和肌酐显著性升高(P<0.05);攻毒后48 h,鸭血清中白蛋白、直接胆红素显著升高(P<0.05),白球比、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、γ-谷氨酰转移酶、尿素氮和肌酐均极显著升高(P<0.01),谷丙/谷草和血糖均极显著下降(P<0.01),而总蛋白、球蛋白、总胆红素、间接胆红素、碱性磷酸酶指标变化不显著(P>0.05)。研究结果提示,DHAV-3对商品肉鸭致病性较强,养殖过程中需要积极预防。This study was to observe the pathological changes and serum biochemical indexes changes in commercial ducklings infected with DHAV-3.10-day-old commercial ducklings were infected with DHAV-3 strain SD20 by oral route.The histopathological changes in the dead ducklings were observed,and the blood samples were collected and measured at 24 h and 48 h post infection.The results showed that the mortality rate of the ducklings infected with DHAV-3 strain SD20 was as high as 85%,and many tissues of the ducklings,such as liver tissues,exhibited extensive pathological damage;at the same time,many serum biochemical indicators changed significantly.The indexes of DBIL decreased significantly(P<0.05),but those of GGT and CR increased significantly(P<005),at 24 h post infection.However,at 48 h post infection,the indexes of ALB and DBIL increased significantly(P<0.05);those of A/G,ALT,AST,GGT,BUN,and CR in-creased extremely significantly(P<0.01);but those of ALT/AST and GLU decreased extremely significantly(P<0.01);and the other five biochemical indexes including TP,GLO,TBIL,IBIL and ALP were of no significant difference as compared with the control group(P>0.05).These results suggested that DHAV-3 was highly pathogenic to ducklings,and active prevention was required in the breeding process.
