摘 要:针对运载火箭加注系统特点及需求,提出了基于无线传感器技术的加注连接器活门打开动作及火箭贮箱液位信号的传输采集系统设计方案并完成应用及验证。该系统针对现场可能存在的多径效应和突发干扰问题采用双频通信模式的数据传输链路,拓宽现有通信系统的频段和模式,有效提高时变信道的传输可靠性及空间频分复用率。无线传感网络技术的应用有效解决了地面加注控制系统大量的现场电缆铺设工作,具有小型化、便携性的优点,极大地提高了火箭加注测试的效率。According to the characteristics and requirements of fueling system of launch vehicle,a design scheme of the transmission and acquisition system of the opening action of the connector valve and the liquid level signal of the rocket finger storage box based on wireless sensor technology is proposed,and the application and verification are completed.In order to solve the problem of multipath effect and burst interference in the field,the system adopts dual-frequency communication mode data transmission link to broaden the frequency band and mode of zhe existing communication system,and effectively improve the transmission reliability and space frequency division multiplexing rate of time-varying channel.The application of wireless sensor network technology effectively solves a large number of ground fueling control system,which has the advantages of miniaturization and portability,and greatly improves the efficiency of rocket fueling test.
