摘  要:火箭的箭地气液连接方式对于火箭发射无人值守程度有重要的影响,并关系到火箭发射的可靠性和安全性。通过对重型火箭的气液连接技术的调研分析,结合中国的重型火箭特点、三垂测发模式以及射前流程,总结了重型火箭对无人值守箭地气液连接系统的设计需求。按照集中化、组合化和自动化的原则,对中国重型火箭箭地气液接口的总体方案进行了技术分析,结合中国气液连接器自动对接和零秒脱落两类技术的研究现状,提出了满足中国重型火箭无人值守需求的箭地气液连接方案。The gas-liquid connection mode of rocket has an important on the unattended degree of rocket launch,and is related to the reliability and safety of rocket launch.Based on the research and analysis of the connector technology of heavy launch vehicle in foreign countries,the design of connector system of unattended for heavy launch vehicle are summarized by combining the characteristics of heavy launch vehicle in China,the three vertical test firing mode and pre-firing process.According to the principle of centralization,combination and automation,the overall scheme of the vehicle-to-ground interface of heavy launch vehicle in China is analyzed,and a scheme of vehicle-to-ground interface is put forward to meet the unattended operation needs of heavy launch vehicle in China,combining with the research status of the two technologies of automatic docking and T0 stripping in China.
