摘 要:薄壁结构是飞行器大面积热防护结构、控制面等的主要组成部件,对热噪声载荷非常敏感,易发生热变形、非线性动态响应、热噪声疲劳失效等问题,严重威胁着飞行器的结构完整性和安全性。基于研制的热噪声试验装置的设计机理,形成了薄壁结构热噪声设计的验证试验流程。针对典型C/SiC矩形平板试验件,先后开展了热屈曲、热模态、热噪声等试验,对试验件进行无损检测,最终获得不同条件下试验件的模态参数、动态响应规律和失效模式等,可为高速飞行器热防护结构设计和试验计划提供技术支撑。Thin-walled structures are the key components of acreage thermal protection system and control surfaces for hypersonic vehicles.They are sensitive to thermal-acoustic loads and facing some new technical problems,such as thermal deformation,nonlinear vibration and thermal acoustic failure.It is a significant challenge for the integrity and the durability of these structures.Based on a thermal-acoustic facility,the certification process of thin-walled structures for thermal acoustic design is established.A typical rectangular C/SiC plate is chosen and fabricated.Thermal buckling tests,thermal modal tests,and thermal acoustic tests are carried out,separately.And the test plate is detected by nondestructive evaluation techniques.Modal parameters,dynamic response characteristics and failure mechanisms of the test plate with different test conditions are gained.Its results will provide technical supports for designs and test plans of thermal protection structures of hypersonic vehicles.
