摘 要:当前航天产品系统复杂、技术难度大、质量要求高、研制进度要求急,现有的研制模式和管理方式已不能完全满足任务要求,如何高质量、高效率和高效益完成研制任务,成为摆在广大设计师面前的难题。基于复杂航天产品的研制特点,将系统工程、项目管理和流程管理方法相结合,提出新时期以流程为主线的航天产品研制方法论,初步形成基于要素的体系化、结构化的航天产品研制流程体系构建方法,为实现航天产品研制模式和管理方式转型升级奠定基础。At present,the aerospace product system is complex with high technical difficulty,high quality requirements and urgent schedule requirements.The existing development mode and management mode can't fully meet the task requirements.How to complete the development task with high quality,high efficiency and high benefit has become a difficult problem for the majority designers.Based on the characteristics of complex aerospace product development,systems engineering,project management and process management methods are combined,and a new space-product development methodology with process as the main line in the new period is put forward.A systematic and structured process system construction method for aerospace product development based on elements has been preliminarily formed,laying a foundation for the transformation and upgrading of aerospace product development mode and management mode.
