摘 要:【目的】为明确不同辣椒品种(系)苗期根际细菌群落结构的差异性,探讨地方品种辣椒和人工选育辣椒根际细菌群落特性,挖掘可能对地方品种定殖起关键作用的细菌群类。【方法】以云南文山地区地方辣椒品种(WG1、9F33)和人工选育品系(Y19278、Y19292)为研究对象,运用16S rDNA分析不同品种(系)对其根际细菌群落结构的影响。【结果】4个辣椒品种(系)根际细菌的Ace指数在370.82~376.48,Chao1指数在371.23~380.32,均显著(P<0.05)高于种植前土壤的309.24和308.24。种植前土壤的Shannon指数是6.7315,显著(P<0.05)低于种植辣椒后土壤的Shannon指数(7.059~7.276)。主坐标分析(Adonis:R~2=0.896,P=0.001)中地方品种WG1和9F33辣椒与人工选育品系Y19278、Y19292辣椒根际土壤细菌群落结构差异显著(P<0.05)。在地方品种WG1和9F33辣椒中显著富集的细菌群落有鞘氨醇单胞菌属(Sphingomonas)、Pseudolabrys、Ellin6067、芽单胞菌属(Gemmatimonas)。在人工选育品系Y19278、Y19292辣椒中显著富集的细菌是Steroidobacter。基于同源蛋白簇数据库对不同处理细菌群落基因功能进行注释,共得到22类功能类别。除未知功能外排名前5的基因功能类别分别是E类(氨基酸运输和代谢)丰度之和达2094 582.07;J类(翻译、核糖体结构和生物合成)丰度之和达1574 284.59;C类(能量产生和转换)丰度之和达1523 953.07;M类(细胞壁、细胞膜和膜结构的生物合成)丰度之和达1523 661.89;P类(无机离子转运与代谢)丰度之和达1248 954.54。其中地方品种WG1基因功能丰度均显著(P<0.05)高于其他品种(系)辣椒,尤其在运输与代谢方面。【结论】种植不同品种(系)辣椒均显著提高土壤细菌群落多样性和丰富度。地方品种辣椒(WG1、9F33)和人工选育品系辣椒(Y19278、Y19292)根际细菌群落结构存在显著差异,其之间出现显著丰度差异的根际细菌类型。此外相较于人工选育品系,地方品种WG1对�【Objective】The study aimed to clarify the differences of rhizosphere bacterial community structure among different varieties(strains) of pepper at seedling stage,explore the rhizosphere bacterial community characteristics of local varieties of pepper and artificially bred pepper,and explore the bacterial groups that might play a key role in the colonization of local varieties.【Method】16S rDNA was used to analyze the effects of local pepper varieties(WG1,9F33) and artificially bred strains(Y19278,Y19292) on rhizosphere bacterial community structure in Wenshan area of Yunnan province.【Result】The Ace index and Chao1 index of rhizosphere bacteria of the 4 varieties(strains) ranged from 370.82 to 376.48 and from 371.23 to 380.32,which were significantly(P0.05) higher than those of 309.24 and 308.24 in pre-planting soil.The Shannon index of pre-planting soil was 6.7315,which was significantly(P0.05) lower than that of the soil after planting peppers,which ranged from 7.059 to 7.276.Principal co-ordinates analysis(Adonis:R~2=0.896,P=0.001) showed significant differences(P0.05) in the structure of the rhizosphere soil bacterial community between the local varieties peppers WG1 and 9F33 and artificially selected strains of pepper Y19278 and Y19292.The rhizosphere soil bacterial communities that were significantly enriched in the local varieties peppers WG1 and 9F33 were Sphingomonas,Pseudolabrys,Ellin6067 and Gemmatimonas.While the Steroidobacter was significantly enriched in artificially selected strains of pepper Y19278 and Y19292.Based on the clusters of orthologous groups of proteins database to annotate the gene functions of different treated bacterial communities,a total of 22 functional categories were obtained.The top 5 functional classes of genes other than unknown functions were E(amino acid transport and metabolism) with a sum of abundance of 2094 582.07,J(translation,ribosome structure and biosynthesis) with a sum of abundance of 1574 284.59,C(energy production and conversion) with a sum of abundan
