聚合物水泥防水涂料层间附着力影响因素的研究

摘　　要：研究了不同厂家的苯丙乳液、白水泥,表面活性剂、增稠剂的类型和矿物油基消泡剂添加量对聚合物水泥防水涂膜层间附着力的影响。结果表明:在Ⅱ型JS防水涂料中(液料∶粉料质量比=1∶1.5),选用合适的苯丙乳液作为液料的组成部分,并在制作的过程中添加3‰的非离子表面活性剂、1‰的丙烯酸盐类增稠剂;粉料中,选用亨特白度较高、干燥时间较慢的PW42.5白水泥,制得的JS防水涂料的层间附着力优异。The effects of the types of styrene acrylic emulsion,white cement,surfactant,thickener from different manufacturers and the amount of mineral oil based defoamer on the adhesion between the layers of polymer cement waterproofing coating are studied.The results show that in type Ⅱ JS waterproofing coating(liquid material ∶ powder material =1 ∶1.5),appropriate styrene acrylic emulsion is selected as the component of liquid material,and 3 ‰ non-ionic surfactant and 1 ‰ acrylate thickener are added in the process of production;in the powder,PW42.5 white cement with higher Hunter whiteness and slower drying time is selected.The prepared JS waterproofing coating has excellent interlayer adhesion.
