摘　　要：长沙汇智新城挖掘机械智能制造园区建设项目一标段钢结构屋面,采用0.8 mm厚压型钢板和聚丙烯复合隔汽层,以PIR保温板+玻纤布面轻质石膏板作为防火保温层,以优质TPO卷材作为防水面层,并采用电磁感应无穿孔机械固定施工工法,这样的材料与工法组合系业内首次应用于大型项目中,从设计上确保了优异的屋面防水保温性能和抗风揭安全性。Profiled steel plate of 0.8 mm thickness and polypropylene composite vapor barrier layer are adopted for steel structure roof of section 1 of Changsha Huizhi Xincheng Excavating Machinery Intelligent Manufacturing Park.The roof system employs PIR insulation board + fiberglass cloth surfaced lightweight gypsum board as the fire insulation layer,highquality TPO membrane as the waterproofing surface layer,and electromagnetic induction non-perforated mechanical fixation construction method.This combination of materials and construction method is the first time in the industry to be applied to large-scale projects,and it ensures excellent roof waterproofing and insulation performance,as well as wind uplift resistance from the perspective of design.
