摘　　要：上海某厂房地下室渗漏修缮工程采用以改性丙烯酸注浆液、高强度抗渗涂层、高分子抗碱纤维组成的复合防渗修缮体系,取得了良好的效果。本文按该维修工程的结构地面裂缝、结构后浇带、预埋管线、塔吊基础等渗漏点治理分别介绍了施工工艺。The basement leakage repair project of a factory building in Shanghai adopts a composite anti-seepage repair system composed of modified acrylic grouting material,high-strength anti-seepage coating and polymer alkali resistant fibers,which has achieved good effects.This article introduces the construction technology from the leakage treatment of structural ground cracks,post-cast strips,pre-buried pipelines and tower crane foundations etc.
