摘　　要：某厂防水卷材成型线根据生产实际情况及工艺控制要求,应用工业组态软件WinCC进行了成型线数字化控制系统的开发设计。重点介绍了WinCC与生产线多个PLC之间的通讯连接、数据交换、实时监控等,编写了三菱Q系列、FX5U系列PLC的控制程序,并通过本体以太网组网,进行了WinCC文件的建立、与PLC变量的连接、操作画面的设计以及报表系统的生成。Based on the actual production situation and process control requirements of the waterproofing membrane forming line in some factory,a digital control system for the forming line is developed and designed by applying the industrial configuration software WinCC.This article focuses on the communication connection,data exchange,real-time monitoring et cetera between WinCC and multiple PLCs on the production line.The control programs of Mitsubishi Q series and FX5U series PLCs are written,and the WinCC files are established,connected to PLC variables,operation screens are designed,and report system is generated through Ethernet networking.
