摘  要:针对长庆气田气井压裂返排液黏度大、色度深、悬浮物含量高、浊度大等特点,开展返排液变色原因调研,进行返排液H_(2)O_(2)氧化-电絮凝-动态膜过滤处理技术研究,优选氧化剂类型和加量、动态膜过滤助剂类型,对电絮凝与化学絮凝研究后进行效果对比,确定了最佳工艺参数。以功能模块化为设计思路开发了移动式橇装设备,处理能力达到20~30 m^(3)/h,在苏里格区块井场现场试验表明:该工艺处理后的液体澄清透明,出水色度≤47°,浊度≤36.1 NTU,水中悬浮物固体总量(TSS)≤28.1 mg/L,各项指标降幅95%以上。处理后的液体与清水配制胍胶基液,按照不同比例混合后回用于压裂施工的不同阶段,实现了返排液的循环再利用。In response to the characteristics of high viscosity,deep color,high suspended solids content,and high turbidity of fracturing flowback fluid from gas wells in Changqing Gas Field,an investigation is conducted on the causes of color change in the flowback fluid,and research on the “H_(2)O_(2) oxidation-electrocoagulation-dynamic membrane filtration”treatment technology for the flowback fluid is carried out.The type and dosage of oxidant and the type of dynamic membrane filter aid are optimized.The effects of electrocoagulation and chemical flocculation are compared,and the optimal process parameters are determined.Based on the design concept of functional modularization,a mobile skid-mounted equipment with a processing capacity of 20~30 m^(3)/h is developed.Field tests in Sulige Block show that the treated liquid is clear and transparent,with effluent color ≤ 47°,turbidity ≤ 36.1 NTU,TSS ≤ 28.1 mg/L,and a decrease of over 95% in all indicators.The treated liquid is mixed with clean water to prepare guanidine gum-based liquid in different proportions,and reused at different stages of fracturing construction.This technology realizes the recycling and reuse of the flowback fluid.
