摘 要:随着气田的不断开发,三甘醇脱水工艺的运行工况可能会偏离最佳工作区间,造成脱水效果不达标。为提高脱水效果,以某气田区块集中处理厂TEG脱水装置为例,采用HYSYS软件建立脱水工艺模拟流程,引入单因素分析和灵敏度分析考察不同因素下干气露点的变化程度,并根据灵敏度大小提出优化调节方法。结果表明:HYSYS软件模拟结果与现场实际运行数据相比,吻合性较好;TEG循环量和汽提气量的绝对灵敏度存在极值;当原料气入塔温度较高、原料气入塔压力较低和再沸器温度较低时,对干气露点的影响较大;在适当步长条件下,操作参数可根据灵敏度大小依次完成调节,可用最少的调节次数完成脱水工艺的达标工作。With the continuous development of gas fields,the operation condition of the triglycol dehydration process may deviate from the optimal working range,and as a result,the dehydration effect may not comply with to the standards.In order to improve the dehydration effect,taking the TEG dehydration unit of a centralized treatment plant in a gas field block as an example,HYSYS software is used to establish the dehydration process simulation process.Single factor analysis and sensitivity analysis are introduced to investigate the change degree of dry gas dew point under different factors,and optimization measures are proposed according to the sensitivity analysis.The results show that the simulation results of HYSYS software are in good agreement with the actual operation data.The absolute sensitivity of TEG circulating volume and stripping volume has an extreme value.When the temperature of raw gas entering the tower increases,the pressure of raw gas entering the tower decreases,and the low temperature of the reboiler has a significant impact on the dew point of dry gas.Under the condition of appropriate step size,the operating parameters can be adjusted in turn according to the sensitivity,and the standard work of the dehydration process can be achieved with the minimum adjustment times.
