摘 要:受三元复合驱采出液中驱油剂的影响,采出液稳定性强、乳化现象严重。此外,碱溶蚀反应使采出液中机械杂质、黏土等固体颗粒含量增加,导致油水界面之间形成了稳定的过渡层,造成电脱水器频繁跳闸脱水系统运行不稳。通过开展过渡层特性研究,明确了过渡层以Pickering型乳状液的形式存在,由于乳状液滴表面吸附大量SiO_(2)固体颗粒,导致其具有高导电率和强稳定性的特点,在静沉作用下难以有效油水分离,需要通过离心处理的方式提升处理效果。通过研究过渡层内不同因素以及固体颗粒类型对电脱水器的影响,明确了不同因素的敏感程度以及固体颗粒的边界浓度。Affected by the presence of oil displacement agents in the produced liquid of ASP flooding,the produced liquid has strong stability and serious emulsification phenomenon.In addition,the alkaline corrosion reaction leads to an increase in the content of mechanical impurities,clay,and other solid particles in the produced liquid,causing the formation of a stable transition layer between the oil-water interface,resulting in frequent tripping of the electric dehydrator and unstable operation of the dehydration system.By conducting research on the characteristics of the transition layer,it has been clarified that the transition layer exists in the form of Pickering-type emulsion.The surface of the emulsion droplets adsorbs a large amount of SiO_(2) solid particles,which have high conductivity and strong stability.It is difficult to effectively separate oil and water under static sedimentation,and it is necessary to improve the treatment effect through centrifugation.By studying the effects of different factors and solid particle types in the transition layer on the electric dehydrator,the sensitivity of different factors and the boundary concentration of solid particles are clarified.
