摘  要:榆树林油田属于特低渗透油田,为了提质增效,“十三五”以来,根据产能区块特点及生产情况,深入研究产能建设、节能降耗、数字化油田建设等方案、措施。通过实践应用,形成了经济有效的地面工程提质增效技术。在产能建设方面,规模较大的偏远区块应用混输接力集输,常规零散或小规模偏远区块应用提捞采油技术,致密油区块错峰投产,加密区块就近挂接已建系统,比选新老注水工艺,满足生产需求且经济可行、便于管理。在节能降耗方面,通过优化泵配置、机泵配变频、供电线路无功补偿、推行系统优化、加强管理等,可实现节气、节电。在数字化油田建设方面,通过油井“三件套”和低成本站、间数字化,提高了管理水平。榆树林油田地面工程提质增效技术可为低产、低渗油田开发提供借鉴。Yushulin Oilfield is an ultra-low permeability oilfield.In order to improve the quality and efficiency,according to the characteristics of production capacity blocks and their production conditions,in-depth research has been carried out on plans and measures of capacity construction,energy conservation and consumption reduction,and digital oilfield construction since the “13th Five-Year Plan”.Through practical application,an economical and effective technology for improving the quality and efficiency of surface engineering has been formed.In terms of production capacity construction,large-scale remote blocks adopt mixed transmission relay gathering technology.Conventional scattered or small-scale remote blocks adopt bailing oil production technology.Tight oil blocks are put into production at staggered peaks.Encryption blocks are connected to the existing system nearby.Comparison and selection of old and new water injection processes are also carried out,so that can meet the production demand,which are economically feasible and convenient for management.In terms of energy saving and consumption reduction,gas saving and energy saving can be achieved by reasonably configuring the pump displacement and quantity,matching the frequency conversion of the pump,installing reactive power compensation devices on the power supply line,promoting system optimization,strengthening management,etc.In the digital oilfield construction,the management level has been improved through the "three-piece sets" of oil wells and the low-cost digital construction of station-room.The technology of improving the quality and efficiency of surface engineering in Yushulin Oilfield can provide reference for the development of low-production and low-permeability oilfields.
