摘 要:近年来随着油库的大型化,涉及的管系及相应管系的应力情况也越来越复杂。管系规划和布置、直管压力平衡式膨胀节布置、罐前复式大拉杆膨胀节布置以及外输泵进出管线约束的设置是设计的关键点。利用管道应力分析软件对场区主管廊、罐组内管系进行应力分析,计算管系的一次应力、二次应力,进而优化管系,合理地设置补偿器和固定点,将管道应力值控制在许用范围之内,同时降低固定支架的推力,减少支吊架的载荷;采用应力分析的方法计算各种载荷对罐前管系位移的影响,由计算结果可以判定储罐沉降的位移是占主导地位的,在设计中主要根据储罐沉降的位移来选择膨胀节;优化大型外输泵进口管线的约束设置,采用止推座替代限位管架,将管系对泵进口的力和力矩限制在合理的范围内。With the enlarging of oil depots in recent years,the related piping system and the stress of the corresponding piping system become more and more complicated.The key points of the design are piping planning and layout,straight pipe pressure balanced expansion joint layout,tank front compound large tie rod expansion joint layout,and the setting of constraints on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the external transport pump.The pipe stress analysis software is used to analyze the pipe system in the main gallery and tank group of the field area,calculate the primary stress and secondary stress of the pipe system,and then optimize the pipe system,set compensator and fixed point reasonably,control the pipe stress value within the allowable range,reduce the thrust of the fixed bracket and the load of the support and hanger at the same time.The stress analysis method is used to calculate the influence of various loads on the displacement of the tank front piping system.According to the calculation results,it can be determined that the displacement of the tank settlement is dominant.In the design,the expansion joint is mainly selected according to the displacement of the tank settlement.The constraint setting of the inlet pipeline of the large external pump is optimized,and the thrust block is used to replace the limit pipe frame,so that the force and torque of the pipe system on the inlet of the pump are limited within a reasonable range.
