摘  要:主配网间协同优化运行有助于实现多级电网内发电资源的优化配置,是促进高比例新能源分布式接入的有效途径。然而,针对主配网协同优化模型,传统的基于迭代的求解方法不论从计算性能还是机制体制上均存在着较大的应用局限性。为此提出了一种基于多参数规划的主配网协同优化运行方法,该方法能够完整地刻画配网的相关运行信息,有助于提升数值计算稳定性,且更有利于在现行的调度体制下应用。通过算例仿真分析了该方法的有效性并讨论了主要因素对计算结果的影响,仿真结果表明:该方法能够实现主配网内发电资源的协同优化配置,计算结果满足最优性。同时,配网内风电渗透率和装机容量水平提升均有助于促进系统总运行成本下降。The coordinated optimal operation of transmission and distribution networks is a promising solution for optimally allocat-ing the generating resources in multi-level power grids and accommodating large-scale distributed renewable energy.However,for the coordinative operation models of transmission and distribution networks,the traditional iteration-based solving approaches have great limitations in computational performance and institutional mechanisms.Thus,a coordinative optimal operation method of transmission and distribution networks based on multi-parametric programming is proposed,in which the operational information of distribution networks is completely characterized.The proposed method has great numerical calculation stability and it is compatible with the current dispatching management mechanism.Case studies are presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method and discuss the influence of various factors.The results indicate that the synergistic effect of transmission and distribution networks is realized,and the optimalized dispatch results is satisfied.Meanwhile,the increase in wind power penetration level and installed capac-ity in distribution networks can both help to reduce total operation cost.
