护理干预在外固定支架固定术治疗下尺桡关节脱位中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨护理干预用于外固定支架固定术治疗下尺桡关节脱位合并桡骨远端骨折的效果.方法 收集64例下尺桡关节脱位合并桡骨远端骨折的患者,均通过外固定支架联合双螺纹针固定治疗,根据护理方式不同随机分为A组(32例,护理干预)和B组(32例,常规护理措施),比较两组患者腕关节功能Gartland-Werley评分、腕关节活动度、术后并发症及对护理工作的满意度情况.结果 A组的腕关节功能恢复优良率高于B组(P<0.05);两组末次随访时Gartland-Werley评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组患者腕关节活动度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组患者腕关节活动度较前均增加(P<0.05),且A组腕关节活动度明显高于B组(P<0.05);A组并发症发生率明显低于B组(P<0.05);A组患者对护理工作满意度明显高于B组(P<0.05).结论 对行外固定支架固定术治疗下尺桡关节脱位合并桡骨远端骨折的患者行护理干预可以促进患者腕关节功能康复,减少并发症的发生.Objective To investigate the effects of nursing interventions for external fixation stent fixation in the treatment of lower ulnar radial dislocation and distal radius fracture.Method A total of 64 patients with lower ulnar radial dislocation and distal radius fracture were randomly divided into group A(32 cases,nursing interv-ention)and group B(32 cases,routine nursing measures)according to different nursing methods,and the Gartland-Werley score,wrist range of motion,postoperative complications and satisfaction with nursing work were compared between two groups.Results The excellent rate of wrist function recovery in group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.05),and the difference in Gartland-Werley score at the last follow-up between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the wrist range of motion of the two groups before nursing was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the wrist mobility of both groups after nursing increased(P<0.05),and the wrist range of motion in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05).The complication rate in group A was significantly lower than that of group B(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of nursing work in group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with lower ulnar radial dislocation and distal radius fracture treated by external fixation stent fixation,nursing intervention can promote the recovery of wrist function,reduce complications.
