摘  要:采用等离子喷涂工艺制备了铜铝聚苯酯封严涂层,完成了96 h中性盐雾试验、72 h酸性大气试验、24 d周期浸润试验以及450℃、线速度300 m/s、进给速率5~480μm/s的高温高速可磨耗试验,研究了涂层的耐蚀性能和可磨耗性能。结果表明:铜铝聚苯酯封严涂层在72h酸性大气腐蚀后,涂层表面光滑平整,未观察到腐蚀产物和点蚀坑;24 d周期的浸润腐蚀后,涂层颜色未发生明显改变,涂层表面结构完整,未观察到腐蚀产物和点蚀坑;96 h中性盐雾腐蚀后,涂层表面未观察到腐蚀坑,但涂层表面出现大片褐色斑块;不同进给速率下,叶片进给深度比IDR值不大于9.79%;检测及分析结果表明,涂层拥有优异的耐腐蚀性能和可磨耗性能。Aluminum bronze polyester sealing coating was prepared by plasma spraying process,and 96 h neutral salt spray test,72 h acidic atmosphere test,24 d cyclic immersion test,450℃,300 m/s,speed and 5~480μm/s incursion were completed.The corrosion resistance and abradability of the coating were studied by high temperature and high speed abrasion tests at m/s.The results showed that after 72 hours of acidic atmospheric corrosion,the surface of the copper aluminum polyester sealing coating was smooth and flat,without corrosion products and pitting pits observed;After 24 days of immersion corrosion,the coating color did not change significantly,the coating surface structure was complete,and no corrosion products and pitting pits were observed;After 96 h of neutral salt spray corrosion,no corrosion pits were observed on the coating surface,but large brown patches appeared on the coating surface;Under different feed rates,the blade feed wear ratio IDR value is less than 9.79%;The overall results of the copper aluminum polyester sealing coating show that the coating has excellent corrosion resistance and abradability.
