摘　　要：作为一种重要的化工原料,乙炔应用十分广泛,尤其是近年随着1,4丁二醇产品价格持续走高,作为其生产原料,乙炔的安全运行引起重视。针对高压乙炔的特性,对其安全输送选用填充管的原理及填充管的设计、制造及检验进行探讨,结合工程设计及建设中的经验,对行业生产起到借鉴作用。Acetylene is widely used as an important chemical raw material.Especially in recent years,with the prices of 1,4 butanediol products continuing to rise,the safe operation of acetylene as their raw material has attracted increasing attention.In light of the characteristics of high pressure acetylene,the principle of selecting filling tube for safe acetylene transportation,as well as the design,manufacture and inspection of such filling tubes are discussed,providing reference to industrial production.
