摘　　要：针对小直径换热器特殊无损检测要求以及制造难度,重点介绍了管板壳侧凸台与壳程筒体封口环焊缝的射线检测方法、设备制造工艺次序、设备各工序检验方法和要求,以及管箱分层隔板结构的优化。In view of the special non-destructive testing requirements and manufacturing difficulties of small-diameter heat exchangers,the circumferential weld X-ray testing methods of tube plate shell flange and shell pass cylinder seal,manufacturing process sequence,inspection methods and requirements of each equipment process,as well as the optimization of the layered partition structure of the tube box are highlighted in this paper.
