摘  要:选择1978-2020年黑龙江省83个地面气象站逐日风速资料,分析了全省大风的气候特征,并对大风灾害致灾危险性进行区划,其中采用线性回归方法延伸各站极大风速序列,结果表明:(1)各站回归方程检验结果较好,推算结果可信;(2)年均大风日数为18.2 d,呈显著减少趋势;省西部、中部偏南以及东南部地区日数偏多,中部偏北和北部地区日数偏少;(3)年均大风风速最大值为35.3 m/s,呈显著减小趋势;省西南部、中部偏南以及三江平原西部地区风速偏大,北半部、东部和南部地区风速偏小;(4)大兴安岭地区基本处于低危险区,黑河大部、伊春大部、齐齐哈尔东部、绥化东部、大庆中部、牡丹江西南部以及三江平原东北部基本处于较低危险区,其他地区均处于较高及以上危险区。Based on the daily wind speed data of 83 national ground meteorological observation stations in Heilongjiang Province from 1978 to 2020,the climatic characteristics of strong winds in the whole province are analyzed,and then the hazard of strong winds in the whole province is divided.Among them,the linear regression method is used to extend the maximum wind speed series.The results show that:(1)the test results of the regression equation of each station are good,and the calculation results are reliable;(2)The average number of gale days is about 18.2 days,showing a significant decreasing trend;The number of days in the west,South and southeast of the province is more,and the number of gale days in the north and north of the province is less;(3)The maximum annual gale wind speed is about 35.3 m/s,showing a significant decreasing trend;The wind speed in the southwest,south of the central part of the province and the west of the Sanjiang Plain is relatively high,and the wind speed in the north half,East and south of the province is relatively low.(4)The greater Hinggan Mountains area is basically in the“low risk area”,most of Heihe River,most of Yichun,east of Qiqihar,east of Suihua,central of Daqing,southwest of Mudanjiang River and northeast of Sanjiang Plain are basically in the“medium risk area”,and other areas are in higher or above risk zones.
