摘  要:为探究温敏微凝胶智能调温技术在纺织领域的应用,以2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2-(2-甲氧基乙氧基)乙酯(MEO2MA)和聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯(EGMA)为反应单体,通过乳液聚合法,合成了不同单体配比的聚(MEO2MA-co-EGMA)[P(MEO2MA-co-EGMA)]温敏微凝胶,再采用化学交联法将温敏微凝胶整理到棉织物及涤黏织物上,通过不同次数的整理调控织物的质量增加率,探究不同质量增加率织物的温敏性能。对制备的温敏微凝胶及其整理后织物进行表观形貌、化学结构及温敏性能等的探究和表征,结果表明:利用乳液聚合法可成功制备出不同单体配比的温敏微凝胶;调节MEO2MA和EGMA的单体配比可获得不同低临界溶解温度(LCST)的温敏微凝胶,从而获得理想的温敏效果;经温敏微凝胶交联整理的2种织物,其透湿性能均优于原织物,且均表现出较为优异的温度调节能力,柔软度基本不受影响,耐水洗性能良好。In order to explore the application of thermo-sensitive microgel intelligent temperature regulation technology in the field of bed textiles,P(MEO_(2)MA-co-EGMA)thermo-sensitive microgels with different monomer ratios were synthesized by emulsion polymerization using MEO_(2)MA and EGMA as reaction monomers.Then thermo-sensitive microgels were finished on cotton fabrics and polyester-viscose fabrics by chemical crosslinking method.The mass increase rate of fabric was controlled by different times of finishing,and the thermo-sensitive property of fabrics with different mass increase rates were investigated.The surface morphology,chemical structure and thermo-sensitive property of the prepared thermo-sensitive microgels and finished fabrics were investigated and characterized.The results showed that the thermo-sensitive microgels with different monomer ratios could be successfully prepared by emulsion polymerization.By adjusting the monomer ratio of MEO_(2)MA and EGMA,thermo-sensitive microgels with different low critical solution temperatures(LCST)could be obtained,so as to obtain the ideal thermo-sensitive effect.The moisture permeability of two kinds of fabrics with thermo-sensitive microgel crosslinking was better than that of the original fabrics,and both of them showed relatively excellent temperature adjustment ability,the softness was basically not affected,and the washing fastness washable property was good.
