摘 要:低C/N印花废水实际处理主要包括前置和后置反硝化工艺,处理过程中需要补充外加碳源作为反硝化碳源从而增加了运行成本。分别采用前置和后置反硝化工艺对低C/N印花废水进行脱氮研究,并对比2种工艺的脱氮效果及运行成本。结果表明,对于低C/N的数码印花废水,当ρ(TN)低于300 mg/L时,采用前置反硝化工艺去除效果更好、更经济,NH_(3)-N和TN去除率分别为97.5%和96%,处理费用为5.368元/t,比后置反硝化工艺节约0.199元/t;当ρ(TN)高于300 mg/L时,采用后置反硝化工艺去除效果更好、更经济,NH_(3)-N和TN去除率分别大于97.5%和92%,处理费为5.871元/t,比前置反硝化工艺节约0.301元/t。Pre and post denitrification processes were used to study the denitrification of low C/N printing wastewater,and the denitrification effect and operation cost of the two processes were investigated and compared.The results showed that for digital printing wastewater with low C/N,when TN concentration was lower than 300 mg/L,pre denitrification was more effective and economical.The average removal rates of NH3-N and TN were 97.5%and 96%,and the treatment cost was 5.368 yuan/ton,saving 0.199 yuan/ton compared with post denitrification;When the concentration of TN is higher than 300 mg/L,post denitrification is more effective and economical.The removal rates of NH3-N and TN are more than 97.5%and 92%,respectively.The treatment cost is 5.871 yuan/ton,saving 0.301 yuan/ton compared with pre denitrification.
