摘  要:基于MANL48/60CR型柴油机燃油系统,对其高压油泵故障原因进行分析。利用AMEsim软件模拟燃油进机流量和轨压变化率对油泵柱塞润滑性能的影响,结果表明适当提高主机燃油进机流量和降低轨压变化率,可有效提高柱塞环槽润滑油压,改善柱塞的润滑和冷却性能。Based on the fuel system of MAN L48/60CR diesel engine,the causes of high-pressure oil pump failure were analyzed.Using AMEsim software to simulate the influence of fuel inlet flow rate and rail pressure change curvature on the lubrication performance of the oil pump plunger,the results show that appropriately increasing the fuel inlet flow rate of the main engine and reducing the rail pressure change curvature can effectively increase the lubrication oil pressure of the plunger ring groove and improve the lubrication and cooling performance of the plunger.
