摘　　要：针对超深、巨厚、大地层倾角的高压膏盐层,研制了一种横向冲击韧性大于80 J、非API规格的Φ265.13 mm×22.00 mm TP155TB套管。总结了该套管的总体设计原则、扣型和材料性能设计要求,分析了生产制造工艺要点,检测了实际质量水平,介绍了实际应用情况。该套管采用带金属密封面的TP-FJ内外平直连型特殊接头,通过与Φ244.5 mm套管的复合管柱结构设计,间隙量充足,确保了在原311.20 mm井眼中入井顺利及固井质量。To meet the need for service in ultra deep,extremely-thick and hi-pressure gypsum-salt layer with geodetic dip angle,the non-APIΦ265.13 mm×22.00 mm TP155TB casing with transversal impact toughness bigger than 80 J is developed.Summarized here in the article are the general design principle,the thread type and the design requirement for the material properties.And the key points concerning the manufacturing process for the casing are analyzed,the actual quality level is checked,and the actual application status is described.The TP-FJ straight-connection premium joint with metallic sealing surface is used for the casing.And due to the graduated string structure design of theΦ244.5 mm casing and the sufficient clearance,the smoothly entering the original 311.20 mm well head,and the cementing quality are guaranteed.
