摘　　要：根据基于IBC密码体制和SM9标识密码公钥算法、SM4算法等国密标准算法,设计了IBC密钥基础设施运营管理平台。该平台实现了密钥生成中心、密钥参数设置、密钥查询、运营管理、用户管理等功能,有效地实现了对密钥进行全生命周期管理,以及工业终端设备安全接入、身份认证、授权管理等,进一步深化了IBC体制密钥在工业网络中的应用。The IBC key infrastructure operation and management platform is designed according to the algorithms based on the IBC cryptosystem,the public key algorithm of SM9 identity cryptosystem,the SM4 algorithm and other national security standards.The platform realizes the functions of key generation center,key parameter setting,key query,operation management,user management,etc..It effectively realizes the full life cycle management of keys as well as the safe access,identity authentication,authorization management of industrial terminal equipment,and further deepens the application of IBC system keys in industrial networks.
