摘  要:模拟废气再循环冷凝液组成配制了多元混合酸,考察了多元混合酸溶液对硅橡胶、氟橡胶和乙烯-丙烯酸酯橡胶的力学性能、表面形貌和热稳定性的影响。结果表明,经过腐蚀后氟橡胶和乙烯-丙烯酸酯橡胶的力学性能和表面形貌均保持较好,而硅橡胶表面出现裂纹并且拉伸强度和扯断伸长率均出现大幅度降低,分别降低了86.6%和90.3%。氟橡胶的热稳定性较好,而乙烯-丙烯酸酯橡胶和硅橡胶的初始分解温度均有所提升。A multi-component mixed acid was prepared by simulating the composition of exhaust gas recirculation condensate,and the effects of the multi-component mixed acid solution on the mechanical properties,apparent morphology and thermal stability of silicone rubber,fluororubber and ethylene-acrylate rubber were investigated.The results showed that after corrosion,the mechanical properties and surface morphology of fluororubber and ethylene-acrylate rubber remained good,while cracks appeared on the surface of silicone rubber and its tensile strength and elongation at break decreased significantly by 86.6%and 90.3%,respectively.Thermal stability of fluororubber remained good,while the initial decomposition temperature of ethylene-acrylate rubber and silicone rubber increased.
