摘  要:为探究钛酸酯偶联剂改性玄武岩纤维对沥青混合料界面黏附性能的影响和作用机理,从纤维力学性能,纤维-沥青界面微观结构,混合料高低温性能的角度分析探究改性纤维对沥青混合料的改善效果。质量分数为10%的钛酸酯偶联剂下浸润60 min,纤维的处理效果最佳,具有良好的力学性能和黏附性能,在沥青混合料体系中起着良好的桥接增韧作用。钛酸酯偶联剂改性纤维优异的黏附性能增加混合料的内聚力和抗剪切变形能力,提高了高温稳定性和低温抗开裂能力,最大抗弯拉强度和最大弯拉应变值分别提升10.1%和15.2%。加入改性纤维提高了路面的耐久性,延长沥青路面使用寿命。To explore the influence and mechanism of titanate coupling agent modified basalt fiber on the interface adhesion performance of asphalt mixture,the improvement effect of modified fiber on asphalt mixture was analyzed from the perspective of fiber mechanical properties,fiber-asphalt interface microstructure and high and low temperature performance of mixture.The treatment effect of fiber is the best under the condition of 10%concentration and 60 min infiltration.It has good mechanical properties and adhesion properties and plays a good role in bridging and toughening in asphalt mixture system.The excellent adhesion performance of titanate coupling agent modified fiber increases the cohesion and shear deformation resistance of the mixture,improves the high temperature stability and low temperature cracking resistance,and the maximum flexural tensile strength and maximum flexural tensile strain value are increased by 10.1%and 15.2%,respectively.The addition of modified fibers improves the durability of the pavement and prolongs the service life of the asphalt pavement.
